The third location of WRCR was in lower Burpee Center...WRCR 3.0.

In the fall of 1970 WRCR moved to a space custom built for the radio station in the addition to Burpee Center. Working with college Vice President for Development John Spence, students Brian Dubin, Mark Groth and Ross Hunter were given the task of designing the radio station's space.
