These WRCR "Musical Radio Liberty"jackets were the work of 1987-88 Execitive Board and featured the art work of Noel Nickel. Noel created the logo as part of a station sponsored design contest. He won $50. He did not create the WRCR font and doesn't recall who did.
The jacket was donated to the Rockford College archives by John Quinn.
