Cece Forrester '72, a recipient of the Frank Conrad Award in 1972, found the plaque on a visit to the Lang studios in 1990. Cece was the third recipient of the Frank Conrad Award. Since the demise of WRCR, the Frank Conrad Award and much other WRCR memorbilia has disappeard.
