When the addition to Burpee Center was being planned in the late 1960s, college vice-president John Spence said there would be space for WRCR and offered the staff the opportunity to design the new studios. This is a scale model of what the staff proposed. Except for wall treatment in the office, the as built studios were pretty close to the model.
