Chief Engineer Rick Sawyer puts a tape into an RCA cart machine in the WRCR upper Burpee studios. The cart machine was donated to WRCR by Rockford Radio station WROK. The picture was included in a March 16, 1966 article on WRCR's 3rd anniversary.
