Mark Groth at the 1969 National Association of Broadcasters convention in Washington, DC. In the exhibit hall he found the prototype of the light board that was soon to be installed in the new Maddox Theatre.
It looks like RC was in pretty good company with similar systems at Ford Theatre, LA Convention Center, LA Civic Light Opera and Wisconsin State University.
