This card was placed by Brian Dubin in 1968 in a Johnson Center boiler room circuit braker box to identify the transmitter connection to the electrical system. WRCR placed its radio audio on the various dorm electrical systems. The card was still there in 2004 and found by Ross Hunter and Brian! 33, 35, and 37 are the numbers of the individual circuit breakers of the three phase power sytem to which our transmitter output is attached, and 31 is the power to the transmitter.
